Randy Shanda Sharer was a 48-year-old mother of four who lived with her husband and two teenage children on a farm near the small town of Broomfield, Colorado. On December 30th, 2016, Shanda took her two kids to visit their grandparents for the Christmas holidays, leaving her husband and their 18-year-old daughter in charge of the house. At around 2:30am on January 1st, Randy called 9-1-1 stating that he had shot his wife in the back because she was trying to kill him. As he explains it, “She wanted me dead and my kids dead so she could take everything.”
This is a true crime story about Shanda Sharer, a single mom from Iowa who was found murdered in her house on July 26th, 2006. The local paper wrote about the investigation and the conviction of John D. Miller.
Shanda Sharer Murder: A Day In The Life
The day started out as any other day. I woke up, had breakfast, and then went to work. The only thing different about this day was that there was a lot of speculation in the air. People were talking about a murder that had happened the night before, and I knew it was my duty to find out what was happening.
I started my workday by going to the police department to see if I could get any information. I talked to the officers on duty and they weren’t very forthcoming with information. They told me that they didn’t have anything new to report and that they wouldn’t be releasing any more information until the coroner’s report came back.
I decided to head home for lunch and when I got there, I saw all of the news vans parked outside my house. It must have been pretty big news if everyone was covering it. I went inside and saw that my TV was on with all of the newspapers spread out across the coffee table. I started reading through them and realized that this wasn’t just any murder – it was Shanda Sharer’s murder!
I quickly called my husband who worked late and told him what was happening. He came home and we watched the news together, trying
Suspects and Motive
There are many suspects in the Shanda Sharer murder case, and no one has yet been arrested or charged with the crime. However, investigators have released a confession video from one of the suspects, Nathan Eovaldi. In the video, Eovaldi admits to killing Sharer and claims that he did it because she was a witch. He also says that he wanted to use her blood to create a spell that would make him rich and powerful. Although this confession is quite strange, it’s not the only piece of evidence that suggests that Eovaldi may be responsible for Sharer’s death.
Another suspect in the case is Lucas Allen. Allen is known to have had a history of mental illness and has been accused of killing animals before. In addition, prosecutors say that Allen may have written down instructions on how to kill a witch using Sharer’s blood. However, there is still no solid evidence linking either Eovaldi or Allen to the murder.
So far, investigators haven’t been able to find any concrete motive for why Eovaldi or Allen might have killed Sharer. However, they believe that someone involved in the occult may have played a role in the crime. Based on
Who did it?
The Shanda Sharer murder case has captivated the nation for over two years now, and investigators still have no clear answer on who committed this heinous act. Though there are many theories circulating online, nothing has been proven yet. The most popular theory suggests that Sharer’s ex-boyfriend, Ryan Ferguson, killed her.
Ferguson has always been a controversial figure, and many people believe that he was involved in Sharer’s murder because of his motive to get back at her. However, there is no concrete evidence that links him to the crime. Other suspects include Sharer’s family members, her ex-boyfriend’s friends, and even complete strangers. Despite all of the investigations that have been conducted so far, no arrests have been made and the case remains unsolved.
